Water Therapy
Take water before bedtime, about 90 percent of heart attacks occur early in the morning and it can be reduced if one takes a glass or two of water before going to bed at night. Drinking water only when you are thirsty is damaging to the liver.
Drink more water in the morning, less at night.
One glass of water before going to bed reduce stroke and heart attack and one glass also after waking up helps to activate internal organ.
If you can follow the water therapy for 3 months religiously, your body, organ and skin will become better.
Holding your urine when you are supposed to let go is another way of damaging your liver and kidney.
Healthy Brain
For optimum functioning of your brain; stop skipping breakfast, sleeping late, high sugar consumption, wearing cap/scarf while sleeping, and holding your urine for long.
Best sleeping time is from 10pm to 4am.
Lack of sleep is associated with future risk of heart disease according to study. Study also discovered that combination of little sleep and night vigils can cause brain malfunctioning also may elevate blood pressure which increases risk of other diseases
Breakfast
The breakfast is the most important meal of the day. If you are skipping any meal, it should not be breakfast. People who do not take breakfast are going to have a lower blood sugar level.
Eating well is as good as eating balance diet. Eat full in the morning, less in the afternoon, and little in the night will help you live longer
Unknown Health Damaging Habits
Any food you consume after 8pm everyday is not good for your body. Do not eat heavy meals in the night.
Do not take your medicine with cold water nor lie down immediately after taking medicine or a meal.
Drugs are metabolised in the liver. Alcohol is metabolised in the liver. You actually over work your liver when taking alcohol and drug at the same time. It leads to leading to liver damage.
Taking Pain killer and soft drink is not advisable. So when you take painkillers and soft drink together, the carbon-dioxide gas and the acid it contains increase concentration of the toxicity that could be fatal.
For every bottle of soft drink or beer we consume, you have just taken 7 cubes or 20cubes of sugar respectively. It takes7 days or more for those consumed sugar to wash away from your body.
Too much red meat is very dangerous to your health and fried meat is a killer that damage the body slowly.
Adding salt into your food when its already served is poisonous to your internal vital organs.
Heart Disease Prevention
Dark chocolate can significantly reduce the inflammatory that causes heart disease. The ideal amount according to study is 6.7 gram per day. But be aware that milk chocolate does not show the same effects on the heart.
Those who eat less servings of dark chocolate had less reactive protein, a chemical present in heart inflammation.
Soy beans produce enough isoflavone, a chemical that reduce the risk of heart disease by reducing the growth of cells that form artery clogging plague. Therefore, soy bean can benefit stroke patients by improving blood flow through the arteries.
Isoflavone also reverses endothelial dysfunction. Isoflavone is also found in chick peas.
Drinking Tea goes a long way in reducing oesophageal cancer by 20 percent among male and 40 percent among females. Studies suggest that high intake of tea reduce blood cholesterol, blood clotting, blood pressure and other common causes of cardiovascular disease. Minerals contain in tea include; Manganese good for growth and physical development, Potassium maintain the fluid balance in the body and helps nerve and muscles to function properly. Zinc vital for growth and development. Generally tea is calories free. Taken with milk, the health benefit of a cup of tea are boosted to include small amounts of Vitamins B1, B2, B6 and foliate, all good for the nervous system, including vitamin C which is essential for a healthy immune system. Tea is also a natural source of fluoride, which helps prevent the build-up of plague, protecting against tooth decay and gum disease.
There is also a likelihood that tea may help reduce the size of established tumour in the body.
Make tea you daily meal, but take with little or no sugar.
Cod liver oil helps slow the destruction of joint cartilage. It has dual mode of action, potentially slowing down the cartilage degeneration inherent in osteoarthritis and reducing factors that cause pain and inflammation.
Remedies to common household problems include:
* Ant problem in the home can be handled with common items like cucumbers, salt, kerosene etc. Ant hates cucumber and when the skin of cucumber is placed near ant hole, it will drive them away.
* To scare mice away, sprinkle black pepper in places where you find mice and rats. They will run away.
* To make white cloth sparkling, soak it in hot water with slice of lemon for 10 minutes before washing. Also to give a shine to your hair, add one teaspoon of vinegar to hair then wash the hair.
* To make mirror shine clean with powder or sprite. To remove chewing gum from cloth, keep the cloth in the freezer for one hour.
* To remove ink from clothes: put toothpaste on the ink spots generously and let it dry completely, then wash.
* To make cabbages smell less , keep a piece of bread on the cabbage in the vessel while cooking.
* When phone battery is to the last bar, do not answer the phone,
because the radiation is 1000 time stronger.
* To get maximum juice out of lemons: soak lemons in hot water for one hour and then juice them.

D-cold, Vicks Action-500, Actified, Coldarin, Cosome, Nice, Nimulid, Cetrizet-D.
